My approach blends creativity with practicality. I’m especially drawn to layered, expressive flavors and thoughtful presentation, while always considering speed, consistency, and cost behind the bar. I’m drawn to simple execution, aesthetic detail, and fantastic taste, while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and cost. A drink can be beautiful, but does the menu make money?

Every menu I build is designed to feel intentional, cohesive, and sustainable for the team executing it. Training your team with passion, patience, and professionalism creates a foundation that will allow your project to grow and thrive. With experience in high-volume environments, my programs support the staff behind the bar while creating a memorable experience for the guest. The goal is always the same: drinks that are intentional, profitable, and built to last.

My experience stretches from London to Chicago and onto sunny Florida. I’ve seen high-volume nightclubs, romantic cocktail bars, avant-garde lounges, and bustling restaurants. I’ve designed visually striking but informative menus, as well as designs catered for QR code viewing. Building concepts, training staff, assessing margins, planning launch events, and even curating the physical menu design, I am enthusiastic and confident in assisting you with your project and cementing its memory into your guests for years to come.

Menu Design & Engineering

I design drink menus that balance creativity, profitability, and real-world execution. Each program is built with intention, from flavor development and concept direction to pricing, prep structure, and service flow.

Rather than focusing on individual drinks alone, I approach the menu as a system. First, I consider your location, clientele, budget, space, staff, and theme. Then, I build a draft where we work together to taste, test, and execute the design.

We will consider ingredients, prep work, streamlining, and performance under pressure. When we launch the menu, you can feel confident and excited for service. The result is a cohesive cocktail program that feels memorable to the guest while remaining efficient, consistent, and sustainable for the team behind the bar.

Event Experiences

I create cocktail and mocktail experiences designed specifically for your event, whether it’s a wedding, private gathering, or pop-up.

This is my core passion: learning about you and your vision, and using that to inspire a tailored experience. From concept to execution, each beverage is built to reflect the mood, setting, and energy of your intention.

I focus on creating drinks that feel true and memorable, with attention to flavor, presentation, and overall flow of service. For select events, I also provide on-site service, ensuring the drinks are prepared and presented exactly as designed. The result is a seamless, elevated experience that feels cohesive from the first sip to the last and takes your guest experience to the next level.

Staff Workflow Optimization

I analyze and refine bar workflows to improve speed, consistency, and overall service performance. This service can be applied to new openings or existing programs that need increased efficiency and structure.

This includes evaluating station setup, prep structure, batching opportunities, and how drinks move from order to service. The goal is to identify inefficiencies, reduce friction behind the bar, and create systems that support the team during high-volume shifts.

The result is a smoother, more organized service environment, allowing staff to work more efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency in every drink.

Visual Content Systems

I design the visual framework that supports and communicates your cocktail program, from physical menus and QR interfaces to drink presentation and photography direction.

This includes menu layout, structure, and readability, as well as guidance for how cocktails are visually captured and presented across digital platforms. The goal is to create a cohesive visual identity that aligns with your concept while remaining clear, functional, and easy for guests to engage with.
