Concept
A peach and cognac French 75 riff inspired by Gatsby-era opulence, designed to feel celebratory and visually luminous.
Key Elements
Peach-infused cognac, citrus, sparkling wine, pearl luster finish.
Why It Works
Built for high perceived value with a cost-effective sparkling base. The visual shimmer and approachable flavor profile made it a strong seller, especially for celebrations and group orders.

Crime of Passion

Concept
An after-dinner riff on an old-fashioned with theatrical flair and unique depth. A premium cocktail that flies off the menu the moment guests witness the presentation.
Key Elements
Montenegro, Averna, blackberry syrup, high-proof whiskey.
Why It Works
The tableside presentation involves setting the whiskey on fire and pouring the cocktail over a big cube. It is eye-catching, delicious, premium, and a contagious order.

Cult of Aphrodite

Concept
A batched white wine infusion that allows a lower-ABV option for larger parties. Intentionally crafted for feminine taste and presentation, serving as a wonderful dinner-starter or passive sipper for designated drivers.
Key Elements
White wine, lemongrass, rose water, lemon balm, honey, ginger, rosemary, orange peel, topped with sparkling grapefruit juice.
Why It Works
The aesthetic and effervescence invite elegance without over-intoxication. Groups can self-serve several rounds for uninterrupted socializing, creating a welcoming first sip for a fantastic gathering.

Everything But Jazz

Concept
A non-alcoholic riff designed to imitate the rich, oaky taste of red wine. Excellent for non-drinkers who desire the presentation and ambience of a glass of cabernet.
Key Elements
Herbal and black tea shrub, black berry reduction, pomegranate molasses.
Why It Works
Many guests love red wine but cannot have alcohol for medical or religious reasons. This N/A wine offers the elegance and aroma of red wine without the alcohol. It can be batched, bottled, and poured like a typical glass of wine.

Maryjane Martini

Concept
A CBD and gin cocktail that walks the balance between a cannabis infusion and a gin drinker’s dream. A novel beverage in which both stoners and light smokers have enjoyed round after round.
Key Elements
Coconut fat-washed CBD cannabis, Sweet Gwendoline Gin, vanilla, tamarind, lime zest, citrus, brown sugar.
Why It Works
A crystal clear martini with a slight green tint that highlights the flavor of cannabis is a surefire hit for the right guest. Fat-washed cocktails allow for a quick grab-and-pour system that helps the cocktail move easily and seamlessly through service.
